We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your Bydee pieces; if the fit isn't perfect, we offer easy returns for store credit or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags and hygiene liners intact to be eligible for a return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn items with all original packaging and tags into a secure mailing bag or box.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest postal location.
Receive Your Credit
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
